Budget management as well as defining and negotiating all contractual agreements with all partners.
Cross-departmental coordination and allignment of our internal stakeholders; Sales, MarCom, PR, Digital, Product and Competence.
End-to-end responsibility regarding all operational aspects of the booth, prior to, during (day-to-day) and after the show.
Benchmarking and various evaluation rounds within the relevant domains.

Digital Service Booking
Digital Service Booking is a tool allowing consumers to book a service maintenance digitally at official retailers. The service is availably through a webflow or through the Volvo Cars-app.
